This service is for athletes of all sports and ability levels. Chris will personally evaluate the video analysis and make recommendations on:
- Sports Mechanics
- Injury potential
- Flexibility conditioning to enhance performance and prevent injury
- Recommendation on future consultation and evaluation
Chris will manually guide the individual through a series of controlled stretching and resistance movements designed to bring the entire body into muscular balance.
Each session will progressively advance the individual’s flexibility potential and muscular balance. This program consists of one, two or three sessions lasting one hour each.
Due to the overwhelming demands a medical and training staff are under in today’s sports environment, injury prevention does not always get the attention it deserves.
Chris will provide full consultative services to the team’s medical and training staff to help prevent injuries before they occur. CVT can also completely restructure a team’s injury prevention program if needed.
Group sessions can be a fun, informative and affordable way for organizations to learn about flexibility and preventative injury programs.
The clinic program includes defining flexibility, relating flexibility to the body function of the related sport and a “hands on” demonstration and question and answer session.
One of Chris’ most popular services. This is a great opportunity to share knowledge about golf while learning in a fun and informative environment with your coworkers.
The program includes instruction and flexibility techniques specifically designed to improve one’s golf game. Outings may also include guest rounds of golf with some of Chris’ favorite professional clients.
