Chris Verna Training is the result of over 25 years of research and practical application in the area of injury prevention and performance enhancement. Chris’ personalized consultative manual flexibility services programs are being utilized today by the world’s top athletes.

Chris’ formal education comes from Southwest Texas StateUniversity. He graduated with a B.S. in Education majoring in Physical Education and Athletic Training. Chris also received a B.S. in Pre Physical Therapy from West Chester University. Chris developed his unique program while working at the Sports Medicine Clinic of Lehigh Valley and the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club as an Athletic Trainer. He further refined the CVT program at the Wayne Chiropractic Health Center as an Athletic Training Consultant. Chris is a certified and licensed athletic trainer in Florida.

Randy was dealing with lower back pain that would potentially sideline him indefinitely. With a targeted 2 day program, Chris was able to relieve the pain entirely and get Randy ready for the 2001 season.
Karrie’s neck pain was relieved. Mobility was restored and swing path achieved peak performance levels. Since seeing Chris, Karrie qualified for the LPGA Hall of Fame as the youngest player ever and has won all four major LPGA tournaments.
Career threatening surgery was prevented, and John was able to sign a new multi year contract. He finished his career as a 2015 HOF Pitcher. John continues to seek Chris’ flexibility and consultation in his retirement
