Chris Verna Training (CVT) offers innovative services to professional and amateur athletes, sports teams, corporations and individuals trying to increase athletic performance and overcome recurring muscular and joint injuries.
Chris Verna Training is the result of over 35 years of research and practical application in the area of injury prevention and performance enhancement. Chris’ personalized consultative manual flexibility and strength training programs are being utilized today by the world’s top athletes.
CVT specializes in identifying, diagnosing and bringing prevention and resolution to injuries that occur in sports. This enables the athlete to perform to one’s maximum potential with greater endurance while minimizing risk of future injury.
Chris Verna (ATC, LAT) is considered the premier authority in professional sports on performance enhancement, flexibility and preventative injury services.
Chris’ formal education comes from Texas State University. He graduated with a B.S. in Education majoring in Physical Education and Athletic Training. Chris also received a B.S. in Pre Physical Therapy from West Chester University. Chris developed his unique program while working at the Sports Medicine Clinic of Lehigh Valley and the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club as an Athletic Trainer. Chris is a certified and licensed athletic trainer in Florida.
