ISSUE: Recurring hamstring injury
SOLUTION: Chris, at the request of Joe’s agent, Peter Johnson of IMG, flew to Kansas City to meet with Joe. After a two-hour discussion and professional consultation Chris proposed a three-day manual flexibility services program. Day one consisted of one, one-hour manual flexibility session. Day two consisted of two, one-hour manual flexibility sessions and day three consisted of a follow up evaluation and final flexibility session.
RESULT: After a follow up consultation and flexibility session two weeks later, Joe was able to play several weeks earlier than expected and the injury did not recur during the rest of his career.
